These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Replicant, an AI-powered recruitment platform operated by SELFOUND LTD ("we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16450921.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Replicant provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that enables:

  • Creation of AI avatars for automated job applications
  • AI-conducted interviews and candidate screening
  • Matching between candidates and employment opportunities
  • Professional networking and career development tools
  • Integration with third-party recruitment platforms

Our services are in beta and may include experimental features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Honoring commitments made by your AI avatar
  • Informing employers when AI assistance was used (if required)
  • Participating in actual interviews when requested by employers

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our platform, AI technology, algorithms, and related intellectual property. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your personal information and professional content. By using our services, you grant us a license to:

  • Process your data to provide our services
  • Create and operate your AI avatar
  • Improve our AI systems and algorithms (with your consent)
  • Share your professional profile with potential employers

5. Payment and Subscription

Currently, Replicant is in beta and free to use. When we introduce paid features:

  • Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled
  • Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to our platform
  • Job placement or interview success
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

6.2 AI Technology Limitations

Our AI technology is continuously improving but may have limitations:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Avatar behavior may not perfectly match your personality
  • Technical issues may affect AI performance
  • AI decisions are not human decisions and may require review

We integrate with third-party services (LinkedIn, AI providers, etc.) but are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability or performance
  • Changes to third-party terms or policies
  • Data handling by third-party providers
  • Accuracy of data imported from third-party sources

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
